These Life Stages® can/will be slightly different, depending upon species and breed.  The Life Staging program can be tailored to the individual pet and owner.


Please choose the correct plan for your pet's age:

Life Stage® One  -  Pediatrics to one year (Juvenile)

Life Stage® Two  - One year to five years (Adult)

Life Stage® Three  - Five years to eight years (Mature I)

Life Stage® Four  - Eight to twelve years (Mature II)

Life Stage® Five  - Eight to twelve years (Mature II)
