K-9 Playcare

At K-9 Playcare your dog can have a day of play and exercise with other dogs. Our large pavilion provides shade for a portion of the artificial turf covered play area, where toys and humans and, of course, other dogs are available for their entertainment. During lunch break and resting time the dogs will relax and enjoy our temperature controlled kennels. Our splash pad is a fun bonus for water loving dogs. We can move Playcare into the climate-controlled facility on inclement weather days.

Different from our day boarding and overnight boarding, our K-9 Playcare might be a perfect option for those who work away from home for long hours each day.

Town & Country Animal Hospital offers K-9 Playcare from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

K-9 Playcare Vaccination Requirements

While we welcome patients and walk-ins to take advantage of our K-9 playcare service, we do evaluate each dog for their ability for friendly play with others. They are presented with dogs of different sizes, ages, and different energy levels. We require all dogs must be altered (unless they are too young for the procedure), all dogs must be free of internal and external parasites and be current on the following vaccinations or they must administered at least 10 days prior to boarding:

Influenza
Bordetella
Distemper/Parvo
Rabies
